![]() ![]() JUST TO LET YOU KNOW: Epson ink jet printers are one of the few printers on the market that seem to have so many problems with non-manufactors inks. ![]() It really does not matter to me what type of ink cartridges you decide to use in your epson printer, but I do feel you should know that its actually the wrong ink and can cause possible problems in Epson Printers. If after installing those new ink cartridges, the nozzle tests actually printed out and looked ok, with all nozzles printing, that would usually indicate that there was no actual clogging involved. If the actual print heads are not clogged, then either the ink cartridges are going bad, the print heads are starting to fail, or there is some other hardware/parts related failure. Arthur: As you installed new ink cartridges, I would have to guess that the print heads are probably still partially clogged or starting to fail, especially as there are actual white lines or void lines showing up on the nozzle test pages. ![]() Any more recommendations? Thanks, Artur - Archie. But on actual printing (either 'A4 Test Pattern' from ajustment program or particular file), there's missed dots and white strips on the paper, and with every subsequent page it's getting worse - after printing seven sheets, the page is almost completely blank. After performing 'Ink Charge', I see traces of all the colors on the suction pad.
